We are committed to ensuring that men and women are paid fairly and equally for doing equivalent jobs across our business and strive to ensure our policies and practices are fair. This includes actively reviewing decisions around pay and bonus on an annual basis.

Gender Pay Statistics at 5 April 2023:

  • Top salary quartile has 79.1% men and 20.9% women
  • Upper middle salary quartile has 28.9% men and 71.1% women
  • Lower middle salary quartile has 72.1% men and 27.9% women
  • Lower salary quartile has 69.9% men and 30.1% women
  • Men’s hourly rate is 7.5% higher (mean) and 6.5% higher (median)
  • Men’s bonus pay is 56.2% higher (mean) and 61.1% higher (median)
  • 25.5% of men and 23.9% of women received bonus pay
